We here at John's Auto Repair would like to thank you for taking the time to visit our website. We know you have many auto repair facilities to choose from and believe you will be glad that you entrusted your family's safety with us. We realize taking time out of your busy day to have your vehicle serviced can be a hassle. For your convenience we offer local pick up and drop off as well as a night time key drop box. We are located one hundred yards east of the Highwood Metra station. If needed we can make arrangements for a loaner car to any licensed and insured driver over the age of twenty one. We are a small family owned business that prides ourselves on giving our community fair and honest service. We do not have a huge staff with fast talking sales people. Most times you will be talking to the technician working on your vehicle. We always try our best to perform the services in a timely manner. Usually your car will be finished on the same day depending on parts availability. We realize, in today's economy everyone is concerned with saving money on automobile maintenance and repairs. Many times we find multiple problems during a routine inspection. Sometimes our customers can't afford to do all the repairs at one time. We will help you to prioritize the needed repairs and create a budget based on safety concerns versus reliability issues. It is our promise to you that we will never recommend a service for your vehicle unless we identify a need for the maintenance or repair.
